Getting Started

My friends introduced me to the sport of Strongman toward the end of my senior year of high school. They took me to watch Art McDermott's X-treme Strongman Showdown in February 2002. I was wrapping up a successful 3-sport (basketball/track/x-county) career, so I tried my hand at Strongman and have been hooked ever since!
