Getting Started

I started competitive lifting in 1999 doing local powerlifting meets. This built my base strength for strongman. I still continue to compete in powerlifting in different federations. In 2002 I started competing in strongman at the Heartland Challenge. I have done approximately 20 contests since then with the highlight being winning the 2006 Master LW National Championship.

Goals

To continue to stay toward the top of the Masters LW division and compete at the Open LW Nationals and place well. Also, to start promoting quality strongman & powerlifting contests.
