Getting Started

Don’t even try if you are not in decent shape first. You will just get hurt and get turned off. As you decide that you LOVE Strongman as you will either love it or hate it, back off most of your other gym work and train events hard.

Goals

Just to continue to improve a little bit all the time and most of all to keep having fun. I have tried many iron sports and strongman is a BLAST!
